8 Effective Homemade Face Masks For Oily Skin

Living with oily skin is not easy. Heat, pollution, humidity and everything else make our oily skin even worse. Sticky skin, pimples and acne has become a part of our lives.  Yes, we can’t change our skin type but still we can make it better with few super easy homemade face packs. Here are 8 effective homemade face masks for oily skin.

1. Curd and Gram flour face pack
Besan not only helps in removing tan but also in removing excess oil from your skin.  This excellent agent also fights pimples. The curd moisturizes your skin and keeps acne at bay.
Make a paste by mixing 1 tablespoon of yoghurt with 2 tablespoons of besan.  Apply the paste to your skin and after 20 minutes wash it off with water.

2. Turmeric and rice flour face pack
Add a pinch of turmeric into 3 teaspoons of rice flour. Make a paste by pouring 2-3 tablespoons of milk to it. Let your pack be there on your face for 15 minutes and use lukewarm water to wash it off.

3. Honey and tomato face pack
Add 1 tablespoon of honey into 3 tablespoons of fresh tomato juice. For around 2-3 minutes, rub the mixture on your face in circular motions. Wash it off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes.

 4. Fuller’s earth face pack
For oily skin, Fuller’s earth or multani mitti face pack is like a blessing! Make a paste by taking 2 tablespoons of multani mitti and add few drops of lemon juice and rosewater to it. Apply the mixture on your face and use lukewarm water to rinse it off after 20 minutes.

5. Mint Face Pack
Revitalize your skin y applying this amazing pack. Grind some mint leaves into a smooth paste. Add honey to this mixture and apply the paste on your face. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash it off.
 6. Honey and lemon juice face pack
Add 1 tablespoon of honey in the juice of 1 lemon. Apply the paste on your face and rinse it off after 15 minutes.
 7. Cucumber face pack
Known for its cooling properties, cucumber is one of the best packs to use in humid or hot weather. Refrigerate the pulp and apply it on your face when it gets cold. Dab the juice on the pack and apply the juice again when it gets a little dry. Wash it off after 30 minutes.

8. Neem face pack
Healing and antibacterial properties present in neem helps in fighting pimples. Crush 7-8 neem leaves and make a paste by adding 2-3 drops rosewater into it. Apply this face mask on your face and after 15-20 minutes rinse it off.
