Now, you can become happier by doing this simple 5 step exercise which will hardly take 23 minutes of your daily routine.
1. Pen down three things, you are grateful for?
As per science, one of the best ways to feel better is to express gratitude. So, very first thing you have to do in the morning is to write down three things that you are grateful. For long term effect, do this exercise for 21 days. It will make you more optimistic, and you will be able to focus only on positive things in your life.
2. Write one Positive experience of your life
Next thing you have to do is to write down in detail about one positive experience you had in your life every day. By doing this, your brain will get to know the importance of positivity in your life. You can also reprogram your brain by repeating this exercise for 21 days.
3. Indulge yourself in Cardio Activities
All of us want to stay fit, but no one wants to shed the sweat. But for the happier life, it is necessary to indulge yourself in good cardio activities for 15 minutes daily. If you don’t want to do hardcore cardio activities for some or the other reasons, then you can also opt for alternatives like walking in the park or dancing at your favorite songs for good 15 minutes.

4. Pay attention to your breath for 2 minutes

5. Write kind words for family and friends
This is the most important part of the whole exercise. Do you remember the last time when you got a “Thank you” note or text from your family member or a friend? No matter how bad your day was, this word lighted up your day and put a smile on your face. Imagine the kind of happiness you can give to someone by this one word.
Write few kind or positive words for your family, colleagues, and friends and see how these kind words impact them in positive ways.
